Are you willing to LIKE exercising?
The simple truth is exercising is good for you. But if you don’t like to exercise, chances are you won’t do it on a consistent basis. In our program, it’s not about finding the right exercise, it’s about finding the right You in the exercise. When you find the right You to be exercising from, you will like to exercise. So don’t be concerned if you don’t like exercising now, you will like it when you follow the program.
